Q - How does the compensation plan work?
A - TVI uses a revolving matrix compensation plan that involves 2 boards.
1) A Travelers Board
2) An Express Board
Both boards have 15 positions/and is shaped like a pyramid!
Level 1 has 8 positions,
Level 2 has 4 positions
Level 3 has 2 positions
Level 4 (top position)
The Travelers Board:
When you join TVI Express you enter the Travelers board on the 1st open position on Level 1 with your DIRECT Sponsor. All positions above level one are already filled.
After all first level positions are filled, the member at the top (the level 4 position) cycles off the travelers board (and is rewarded $250 cash/plus $250 in evouchers) along with entering a level 1 position on the Express Board.
As this happens the board splits into 2 travelers boards with the two members on the Level 3 position on the previous travelers board taking the Level 4 (or top position) on the current travelers board. This creates 8 new positions on level 1 of this new board.
This continues as everyone cycles through and off the travelers board to collect their $500 cash/evouchers.
Note1: To qualify to exit the Travelers Board all that is required is for you to sponsor 2 new memberships.
Note 2: Those who sponsor 2 memberships first, may jump other positions that have yet to sponsor their 2.
Note 3: It is the combined efforts of everyone on the team that pushes you up and off both the travelers board and the express board.
The Express Board:
The Express Board works basically the same way, with only a couple of exceptions.
1) As you cycle off the Express Board you receive $15,000 ($10,000 cash/and
2) To qualify to move up and off the express board you must help 2 of your personally sponsored member positions cycle off the Travelers Board onto the Express Board.
3) When you exit the Express Board, you recycle back to another Express Board to recycle over and over for the $15,000 payout.
Additional Notes:
The concept here is that people are helping people. Not only are you bringing in new members which helps fill the positions on the boards but others are as well. This makes this a win/win situation.
Our team leader maximizes this strategy by strategically placing members in the positions that benefits everyone so that we are all moving up the boards to the designated “paydays”.
Without this strategy it is possible that members could clog the system slowing the cycling movement and synergistic flow of boards.
It really does make a difference which team you are on! Ours Rock! Join us! We’d love to have you on our team!
